EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALTIES
Mark Loeterman has mediated over 200 litigated
cases involving real estate, business, employment, and insurance
issues. During his 23-year career as a lawyer, he has handled a
wide range of complex litigation and transactional matters. Mr.
Loeterman served for nearly 20 years as General Counsel to the Fred
Sands Companies, then Californias largest independently owned
brokerage, and its affiliated services.
Mr. Loeterman specializes in resolving disputes
concerning commercial and residential real estate acquisitions,
financings, sales and leases; commercial transactions; business
acquisitions and sales; due diligence issues; secured loans and
workouts; employment termination, harassment and discrimination;
insurance coverage and allocation; partnership matters; and franchising
issues.
He is a licensed real estate broker, and has
worked closely with the California Association of Realtors. He frequently
meets with real estate professionals as a public speaker.
