HON. BERNARD KAUFMAN (Ret.)

Judge Kaufman served as Judge of the Los Angeles Superior Court (Central District), 1987-1994; Judge, Municipal Court, Los Angeles County, Burbank Courthouse (North Central District), 1976-1987.

EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALTIES

In private practice, Judge Kaufman specialized in probate, personal injury, business and corporate law, from 1954-1976.

Since retiring from 18 years of judicial service in 1994, Judge Kaufman is extremely active as a Mediator, Arbitrator, Settlement Officer, Discovery Referee, and Private Judge to resolve all types of civil disputes, including probate, personal injury, family law, business and corporate matters.
