EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALTIES

In private practice, Judge Shafer specialized in commercial transactions, bankruptcy, contracts, family law and criminal law. As a Judge, he presided over numerous legal issues, including commerial law, torts, personal injury, professional liability, construction defects and family law. Judge Shafer has served as an Arbitrator and Mediator on thousands of cases.
