Judge Saeta's experience and specialties include commercial and business disputes, contracts, construction, labor, personal injury, products liability, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, torts, trade secrets, professional liability, toxic torts and family law.

Judge Saeta is currently an Adjunct Professor at Southwestern University and Loyola School of Law. He is a Lecturer for California Continuing Education of the Bar Programs (CEB) in fields of law and motion, jury instructions, civil trials and evidence. In private practice he was a member of the law firm of Beardsley, Hufstedler & Kemble, where he specialized in commercial litigation and business torts.

Member and Chair of BAJI Committee; Member and Chair of California Judges Association, Civil Procedure Committee; Member and Chair of several committees of American Bar Association, Division of Judicial Administration and its Conferences; California Judges Association; Los Angeles Bar Association; California Center for Judicial Education and Research (CJER).

Author of and contributor to several items of California legislation and California Rules of Court.
