Municipal Court, 1964-1975. EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALTIES Judge Saeta's experience and specialties
include commercial and business disputes, contracts, construction, labor, personal
injury, products liability, employment discrimination, wrongful termination,
torts, trade secrets, professional liability, toxic torts and family law. Judge Saeta is currently an Adjunct Professor
at Southwestern University and Loyola School of Law. He is a Lecturer for California
Continuing Education of the Bar Programs (CEB) in fields of law and motion,
jury instructions, civil trials and evidence. In private practice he was a member
of the law firm of Beardsley, Hufstedler & Kemble, where he specialized
