Judge Kettmann served as Judge of the Municipal Court of California, Santa Clara County Judicial District for 20 years; Supervising Judge, Santa Clara Municipal Court, for 4 years.

Judge Kettmann specializes in matters concerning construction defects, contracts and commercial disputes, consumer warranty issues, personal injury, products liability and real estate. He is frequently assigned by the Judicial Council to preside over civil matters in various Superior Courts in Northern California.
