Administrative Presiding Justice for the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, 1987-1988; Presiding Justice of the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, 1982-1988; Judge of the California Superior Court, Los Angeles County, 1965-1982; Judge of the Los Angeles Municipal Court, 1963-1965.

Justice Feinerman has expertise in the area of employment disputes, contracts, construction defects, commercial law, entertainment law, environmental law, insurance coverage and indemnity, intellectual property, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, toxic torts, personal injury, and business torts.

Justice Feinerman frequently serves as a Mediator, Arbitrator and Private Judge. He also serves as an expert witness and for appellate consulting.

Justice Feinerman received a special commendation from the American Bar Association’s Joint Committee on Legal Education and the American Law Institute, 1963.

Justice Feinerman has written numerous law-related articles for periodicals, law reviews, and bar journals.
