KENNETH CLOKE, ESQ.

Kenneth Cloke serves as a mediator, arbitrator, consultant and trainer, specializing in resolving complex multi-party conflicts. He is a nationally recognized speaker and leader in the field of conflict resolution, and a published author of many journal articles and several books, including "Mediation: Revenge and the Magic of Forgiveness" and "Mediating Dangerously: The Frontiers of Conflict Resolution."

EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALTIES

Kenneth specializes in resolving employment and labor matters, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination matters, family law and divorce issues, probate, entertainment, community, organizational and school conflicts, public policy and cross-cultural disputes. He is also skilled in designing conflict resolution systems for companies and organizations.

Served as a Hearing Officer for the Los Angeles County Employee Relations Commission and other public agencies; Factfinder for the Public Employment Relations Board, Los Angeles County Employee Relations Commission, and other agencies; and Administrative Law Judge for the Public Employment Relations Board, Agricultural Labor Relations.

He serves as a Consultant and Facilitator to assist many public and private companies and organizations in the United States and overseas in problem solving, conflict resolution, enhancing communication skills, resolving cross-cultural and ethnic disputes, reducing prejudice and discrimination environments, and sexual harassment avoidance. He is also adept at helping companies improve their labor relations, personnel management, collaborative negotiation skills, shared decision making, team building, and strategic planning.
