HON. KEITH M. CLEMENS (Ret.)
Judge Clemens served as Commissioner for the Los Angeles Superior Court, 1991-1996. He presided over family law direct calendar courts in Central District, 1993-1996 and North Valley District (San Fernando), 1991-1992.
EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALTIES
Commissioner Clemens presided over family law trials, mandatory settlement conferences, OSC hearings, law and motion hearings, ex parte matters, domestic violence cases, mandatory settlement conferences and voluntary settlement conferences.
In private practice, Commissioner Clemens specialized in business law and civil litigation, 1973-1979. He served as in-house counsel for Atlantic Richfield Company, 1979-1984. He practiced family law, including enforcement of child and spousal support orders, 1985-1991. He is available to resolve family law matters, business and commercial matters, fee disputes and to serve as a special master and discovery referee.
